Six steps to a better sex drive

You might already know my story (if not, you can read more about me here), but just so you know- things with my sex drive were pretty dire when I began this blog.

I *HATED* the thought of sex, avoided my partner like the plague so I didn’t need to have it, and generally went on my merry way feeling pretty sexless- only stopping to have sex when I really had to to save my relationship.

It felt overwhelming, isolating, and- to be honest- an insurmountable task to locate my missing vulva-voom.

But, as needs must (aka my boyfriend being sex starved and me feeling like sexiness seeped out of me like a colander),  I decided it was time to do something about it.

And so, I began this blog and started the search for my lost sexuality.

It’s been a long two years of reading, research, trial and error, stupidity, tears and moments of enlightenment to figure out what an earth went wrong with me. And more importantly, how to put it right.

But in the process I figured… perhaps this information might be useful to other women? We’re so often given full responsibility for our lack of sex drive and very little attention paid to external factors that might influence it- and even less so to non-medical solutions.

So I’ve put together below everything that I did/am doing to find this sexual side and hopefully get my libido fired up again below. I hope you find these as useful as I have. xxx

The six factors that influence libido….

Tadah! (Wish I could pull off some kind of fancy glitzy covering for my fabulous scribblings below to reveal them in their full glory).

But in the absence of said glamorous reveal, please scroll down.

Here are the six areas that I found had the most impact upon my sex drive, and thus were the areas I needed to work on in order to sort it out….
